The following project features Icons that feel like and represent San Antonio, Texas. The project guidelines had to feature only 2 colors, 7 icons, and a font that best represented the random city and state that was given to us. Given the completed icons, we were to create a pattern.
Texas, bordering New Mexico, is rich and lavish with hispanic culture that i wanted to replicate in my icons. My mood board perfectly encompasses several images and ideas that embodies what i thought texas seemed like. Creating a beautiful mood board is just as important as creating the final set of designs. It captures a theme and sets a direction that better helps the design process moving forward.
